PAC receipts grow, donations to Democrats balloon

The final PAC report for the 2007-2008 election cycle from the Federal Election Commission shows that a majority of association-related political action committees grew in the latest cycle, with Democrats receiving more donations for their election campaigns. PACs closed out their two-year cycle with a final report to the FEC Jan. 30. Topping the list in the association-related PAC category is Realtors PAC, associated with the National Association of Realtors.
